Passover is the most celebrated Jewish holiday and everything matzah has been a buzz all over social media. If you haven’t seen the modern takes on traditional Passover meals, I’ve decided to share a list of where you can find them here. First, what will we be serving at our Passover meal? I’d share that with you, but I’d rather wait until they have been prepared and photographed. For now, I am going to share with you where you can find recipes around web. If you do decide to make anything from them, do let me know and tag the author in the comments below. I’d love to see your pictures too. I also wanted to share some advice about my view on Passover. Don’t panic, it is going to be great. There are more ingredients than ever that will enhance menu this year with more than enough recipes online. A great selection of recipes can be found over at Koshereye, so much in there. I posted about my own family recipes including Matzah Ball Soup and and Matzah Brie, hope you will enjoy them and even make them too. We will be making my mom’s famous Matzo (Matzah) Ball recipe and some other staples for the Seder. Some major publications and trades have been found over on Huffington Post
And here is this one from Vogue! I don’t recall Passover ever been in this magazine before, but maybe I just didn’t know!
And, my most recent cookbook review of Naomi Nachman’s “Perfect for Pesach is a must add to your selection! Passover dessert, not with these delicious Gluten Free Brownies that I made last year using Pereg Quinoa Flour (yes kosher for Passover).
I will be sharing another post with the food that we made soon, stay tuned! I am always on the look out for new recipes, so send along where you find yours and leave a comment below.
